Last minute plans

This week was very hectic I hardly had time to really work. Plus the Silver Lake Art Craft and Vintage Flea Market was canceled on the 18th so we I had to sell this weekend, unfortunately I didn't have to update about this sudden change. But I got to do a hat and even start on some cute crocheted characters and I managed to get a few pictures.

 

This crocheted doll will be part of a doll line I will make next!

For the APT Space show I had cupcake cuties, pan dulce (sweet bread), cup o' joes and the hats for sale. It was all up during the LA ArtWalk, which by the way was awesome!

I met up with old friends and met some nice crafters.

There were a lot of booths with cute craft, including vinyl hair bows which I am going to get in exchange for a mustache cupcake! 

I know there are a few weeks left for the new year but the RBK has a lot of plans for the new year. I already brought out a few designs I will begin making and I will post them up as they come to life!

Success at ACM

Getting around to my pictures has been difficult since I don't have a camera right now, and I have been very busy getting all my paperwork ready to go back to school.

Anyways here are few picture of my table and the Arts and Crafts Market. Brand new stuff was for sale and lots of people enjoyed the cute and funny goods.

 Custom dolls: The little doll in the skeleton onesie looks familiar! ChelsyBear as a plush doll dressed up. The giant panda cupcake and chubby narwhal will be up on my Etsy shop as soon as I get better pictures.

As promised I have pictures of the animal hats, including this purple monster hat I made from some really cool purple plush fabric. He got baby teeth and a striped lining that makes it pop.

There were four hats in total (which was my goal for the ACM). There will be a small exhibition at APT Art Space in Downtown LA for LA Art Walk this Thursday and these hats will be for sale. $20 each.  Along with other plush and art by my fellow crafters from RedBaronKustoms. Find my work and my groups work too!

When the become available again I will put them up for sale on my Etsy.

Art and Crafts Market

I am getting ready or the Art and Craft Market tomorrow afternoon!

Preping my setup and sewing up some final goodies.

I will post up pictures of the display and products featured at the Market this weekend.

If you are interested and will be in the Baldwin Park Area you are welcome to come. Its free! There will be art, food, music, and poetry reading. Crafters such as myself will be selling handmade goods for this holiday season.

Orders are in!

Since first starting up my own blog I have been up to a lot. A whole summer passed me by, I made and sold lots of Cupcake Cuties. I sold all the black cupcakes and the floral print ones as well. All others will be up on my Etsy Shop for sale.

 

But now that I am getting around to updating my progress I have some really cool stuff to show. I am working on some plush pan dulce, buttons, and my Cafecito con Leche a.k.a Cup O' Joe come in two sizes. A large pillow and a small plushie.

Now that the Christmas Season is finally here I received orders for custom plush dolls, candle holders, shirts, Cupcake Cuties and animal hats (which I will show next week!) I am really excited about making all these thing for great customers, they are all friends :)

Getting Started

I finally got around to setting up my blog.
Every time I make something new or I would find something cute and wanted to post it I remembered to get around to posting it up on my blog.
I am part of the Red Baron Kustoms group but want to have my own space for my ChelsyBear Projects. I will post up some pictures up soon.
